Christmas season is the besttime to engage your kids in cooking task; you can bake some cookies and caketogether.  In engaging your kids, theycan sense some sort of responsibility and learning, it is also propose bondingwith each other and add extra fun and enjoyment into your Christmas celebration. Weknow that Christmas season is the time for happiness. What if you try to cook together with your kids. There are many quick and easy to cook recipeswhich is basically cook during Christmas. Additionally, it only requiresless effort and very suitable for kids. There are some Christmas recipes belowthat you can consider as a guide:

Christmas Pudding
Ingredients:
  • A piece of warmed pudding
  • 1 block white chocolate (melted)
  • 12 pieces of ice-cream candyskewers
  • 2 cups of toasted coconut (frayed)

Procedure:
  1. Cover up the tray using bakingpaper.
  2. Mold the pudding to make aball-shape then put it in the tray
  3. Put the ice cream skewers in eachball-shape pudding
  4. Place skewers or sticks in eachpudding ball.
  5. Rinse each ball-shape pudding inmelted white chocolate then roll in toasted frayed coconut.
  6. Lastly, placed it into therefrigerator until the chocolate coated hardened.

Christmas cupcakes

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 4 pieces of eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3 cups of self-rising flour
  • 2 cups of icing sugar
  • 60 grams of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence

Procedures:
  1. Preheat the oven into 180°C.
  2. Mix the sugar and butter using astand mixer or until it becomes fluffy and smooth.
  3. Add one piece egg at a time thenmix well.
  4. Now, add the vanilla essence intothe mixture then keep mixing.
  5. Stop the mixing process and thenhalf cup of milk and add half of the flour into the mixing bowl. Combine themixture until it is perfectly combined.
  6. Repeat the same process to the remainingmilk and flour
  7. Fill 2/3 of each paper case thenbake for 12 to 15 minutes.
  8. To make an icing, mix up the icingsugar and cream butter until you get a spreadable, thick, and consistencymixture. If it s too thick, you can add some amount of water.
  9. Lastly, you can now customize yourown cupcake design by spreading those icing as a toppings.
